Order Processing Times

At Forged Tooling, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. During peak times or for custom orders, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates vary depending on the destination, shipping method selected, and order size. You can view available shipping options and estimated delivery times at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping

We offer various shipping options across the United States to suit your needs. Standard shipping usually arrives within 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

Forged Tooling currently does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Certain products may also have specific restrictions or limitations for international shipments due to regulations or material restrictions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please use this tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress. If you do not receive a tracking number or have trouble locating your package, please contact us at orders@forgedtooling.com.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photographs and details of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement or refund. In the case of a lost or delayed shipment, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. While we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, we will do our best to keep you updated.
